General Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. All services are subject to availability and pricing may change without notice.

Our Services

We provide search engine optimisation (SEO), digital marketing and domain management services to businesses in the UK. All project work is subject to a separate service agreement which will be provided before work commences.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received by the agreed date.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the specific service in question. Nothing in these terms limits any liability which cannot legally be limited.

Domain Registration Services

We are a Nominet Channel Partner and register .uk domain names in accordance with Nominet's Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration.

All customers registering domains through us must accept Nominet's Terms and Conditions, available at: https://nominet.uk/uk-registry/uk-policy/. Customers are directed to these terms during the registration process and must confirm their acceptance before any domain registration is finalised.

Charges

Domain registration, renewal and maintenance charges are communicated to customers in advance of any domain registration. We do not charge any fees for transferring domains to another registrar or for terminating services.

Renewals and Expiry

We notify customers 30 days before their domain expiry date and inform them of the renewal process and associated costs. Customers can renew by contacting us at support@emeraldfrogseo.co.uk. If a domain is not renewed, it will follow Nominet's standard expiry process.

Transfers and Termination

Customers may transfer their domain names to another registrar or end their contract with us at any time. We do not charge for this, and all transfer requests are processed promptly upon request.

• Acknowledging all enquiries within 5 working days
• Resolving issues within 10 working days where possible

We will acknowledge abuse reports within 5 working days and investigate promptly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
